CU:Consumer Credit Products: This topic will introduce the learner to the features available to consumer credit products, such as competitive rates, amortization options, and payments, in addition to how consumer credit pricing is determined. T4. CU:Overview of Mortgages: This topic will provide a definition of mortgage and an overview of mortgage category classifications, such as government and conforming. T5. CU:Types of Mortgages: This topic will provide descriptions of the various types of mortgages available to a wide range of borrowers, including FHA, VA, RHS, and others. T6.
